Mango Lassi (version 2) Recipe

1 cup (250g or 9 oz) unsweetened natural yogurt
250g (8 1/2 oz) fresh mango
200g (7 oz) mango pulp
1 cup (250ml or 9 fl oz) milk
1 cup (250ml or 9 fl oz) water
3 green cardamom pods, with shell discarded (just keeping the seeds)


Put all of the ingredients into a food processor
Blend the ingredients for 2 minutes
Pour the mango lassi liquid into tall glasses
Put the glasses into the fridge for at least 2 hours
Serve with a straw
