Onion Raita Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups (500ml or 17 fl oz) plain yogurt
2 finely chopped medium sized onions
1 finely chopped green chilli
1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) ground cumin
1 tablespoon (15ml) chopped fresh coriander leaves


Method

Whisk yogurt until smooth
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Cover the bowl with kitchen film and put into the fridge to cool for 2-3 hours
Serve chilled
