Onion Raita Recipe

From 47 to 70 calories each serving



Ingredients

1 cup (250ml or 7 fl oz) plain yogurt
2 finely chopped medium sized onions
1 finely chopped green chilli
1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) ground cumin
1 tablespoon (15ml) chopped fresh coriander leaves


Method

Whisk yogurt until smooth
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Serve chilled
