Onion and Mint Raita Recipe

1 cup (250ml or 7 fl oz) natural unsweetened yogurt
1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) salt
1 medium onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 fresh green chilli, finely chopped
6 tablespoons (60ml) fresh mint leaves, finely chopped


Put the yogurt in a large bowl, sprinkle in the salt, mix well
Add the onion and fresh green chilli and mix well
Cover the bowl with kitchen film and put into the fridge until needed
Remove the bowl from the fridge, add the mint leaves and mix well
Serve chilled
